When is my return due?
Nine months after the end of your tax period. For a 31 December 2025 year-end, the return and payment are due by 30 September 2026.

UAE corporate tax is 9% on taxable income above AED 375,000. Many small businesses can elect Small Business Relief, and free zone companies may qualify for 0% on qualifying income — but only if the paperwork is right. We register you, work out the position and file the return nine months after your year-end.

Yes. Businesses with revenue of AED 3 million or less in the current and each previous tax period can elect it. It was extended in 2026 to tax periods ending on or before 31 December 2029. It is not available to Qualifying Free Zone Persons or large multinational groups.
