How it works

Four steps, agreed up front.

  1. 01

    Choose your plan

Pick a level and your monthly transaction band. We confirm it after looking at two months of bank statements.

  2. 02

    Hand over

We collect your opening balances, set up Zoho Books or Xero and connect bank feeds.

  3. 03

    Monthly close

You upload receipts as you go; we chase anything missing and close the month by the tenth working day.

  4. 04

    Report and file

You receive your report, and VAT and corporate tax are filed from the closed books.

Common questions

About monthly bookkeeping.

Not covered here? — we reply within one business day.

What counts as a transaction?

Each line on your bank and card statements, plus each sales invoice and supplier bill. Most businesses land in the same band every month; if you change band for good, we tell you first.

Which accounting software do you use?

Zoho Books or Xero for most clients. If you already use QuickBooks, Tally or an ERP, we work inside it.

Can I switch from my current accountant mid-year?

Yes. We take over from the last closed month and, if earlier months are behind, quote the catch-up separately at 60% of your plan fee a month.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, at any month-end. Moving up takes effect straight away; moving down from the next month.
