VAT is 5% on most supplies in the UAE. Registration is mandatory once taxable supplies pass AED 375,000 in twelve months, and returns are due 28 days after each period. We keep your returns accurate, on time and supported by the right evidence.

When must I register?

When taxable supplies and imports exceed AED 375,000 over the last 12 months, or are expected to within the next 30 days. You may register voluntarily above AED 187,500.

Are VAT returns included in the plans?

Quarterly returns are included in every accounting plan, and registration too.

Do I need to register for corporate tax?

Almost every UAE company must, including free zone companies and those with no taxable income. New companies must register within three months of incorporation.
