A final settlement brings together end-of-service gratuity, unused leave, notice and any deductions. We calculate it under the UAE labour law, show the working to you and the employee, and post it to your accounts.

Is gratuity based on basic or total salary?

On the last basic salary, not allowances. Total gratuity cannot exceed two years’ pay.

Is payroll part of the accounting plans?

Growth includes payroll for up to 10 employees and Complete for up to 25. Otherwise it is AED 45 per employee a month, minimum AED 450.

Which banks and exchanges do you work with for WPS?

Any WPS agent — we prepare the salary information file in the format your bank or exchange house needs.

Do you handle visas for new hires?

Yes, through our PRO team, with government fees passed on at cost.
