The government charges nothing; our fee covers preparing and completing the registration.

Does Economic Substance Regulation still apply?

No — it was abolished for financial years ending after 31 December 2022. We help only with earlier years that are still open.

Real estate agents, dealers in precious metals and stones, accountants, auditors and corporate service providers are, among others. Tell us your activities and we confirm.

When must the UBO register be updated?

Within 15 days of any change in ownership. We refile it for you when shareholders change.
